A unique combination of experience and skill sets has been brought together to form the management team behind Prime Time.  The management team for Prime Time possesses successful experience in the telephone and cable industries, system integration, master planned community development, home building and distribution modeling.

Jim Marshall, Chairman and founder of Prime Time is also the principle behind BCX Development.  Jim’s successful entrepreneurial experience and extensive background in real estate development provides the proven leadership required to execute our “developer-focused” business strategy.

Mark Wentzlaff, President and Chief Executive Officer has been instrumental in developing the business platform and market launching strategies for Prime Time.  Mark has provided executive leadership in strategic planning, market expansion and distribution development in the IT and communications markets.

Jeff Glance, VP of Technology delivers over 20 years of technical experience within the IT market focused on telephony applications and solutions.  Jeff has directed the design, installation and support of corporate LANs and WANs, for companies such as Level3, LightEdge and Talking Net specializing in real time applications of Voice over Internet Protocol and video conferencing.
